*The flash output display in an Elinchrom value, it does not indicate
an f-stop. Adjustments of power are made in 1/10ths of a stop, therefore
the difference between a value of 4.0 and 3.0 is exactly 1 f-stop. It also
means that if using multiple heads of different powers, so long as the
value is the same the flash output is the same!
**The modelling lamp control has three settings, Off/Proportional/Free.
Set on proportional and the modelling lamp power goes up & down with
the flash power. On the free setting you can independently control the
modelling lamp power.
***It is very important to be able to switch off the slave cell. It
stops other people firing your lights and stealing your
light! |
