Manfrotto Pan-Bar Remote Control

This handy remote control from Manfrotto is designed for use with Sony and Canon equipment that uses LANC.

It allows you to control your camera using a cable connected to the LANC port instead of the buttons on the camera. This makes operation much easier and more flexible, allowing you to concentrate on the shot you want to capture rather than the mechanics of the equipment. In short, it allows you to better control the pan bar on the video head. It also gives you the option of using a second pan bar, which can be very useful on location.

Additional features include a maximum zoom speed potentiometer, a standby push button, RET (last five seconds playback) push buttons, LEDs for record/zoom/focus indicators, a zoom and focus direction button (software controlled), a multi-speed zoom and focus button and a focus/zoom switch.
