The Aputure Light Storm LS C300D MKII with V-Mount is a large and bright LED lamp from the Light Storm series.

It has an impressive light output of 13200 lux at 1m with the accompanying reflector. With the optional available fresnel lens, this can even be increased to 90,000 lux at 1m.

Color balance and purity
The video light with a color temperature from 5600 to 6000K, delivers a powerful light that is not only very natural but also very pure. The LS C300D MKII has a CRI rating of over 96 and a TLCI rating of over 97. This enables highly accurate color accuracy making the LED lamp ideal for television productions, on-location photography and in the studio.

Portable and lightweight
Although the light output of the LS C300D MKII is comparable to that of a traditional 2000 Watt lamp, the LED lamp is less than that. The 300D MKII is easy to hold with one hand and weighs just 3.1kg, while a 2000 Watt lamp weighs more than 9kg. The Aputure LS 300D MKII also simplifies the once complicated and arduous process of using light shaping accessories, making it possible to adjust the light with just one hand.

Independent light control
The Aputure LS C300D MKII is designed to give the maximum control over the light. With the easy to use and intuitive controller box it is possible to change brightness and channels. This unique design separates the light from the controls. This allows the lighting to be controlled via the controller box regardless of where the C300D MKII is mounted and the weight of the LED lamp is greatly reduced.

Ingenious design
With an aircraft-grade aluminum housing, the LS C300d MKII is remarkably strong and durable. Production requires more than 100 operations such as extrusion, cutting, trimming, sandblasting, oxidation and laser engraving. The delicate design and elaborate manufacturing make the C300D MKII both design and robust.

Power supply
The Aputure LS C300D MKII is supplied with power from the mains with the DC adapter. For recordings on location, it is possible to mount two V-mount batteries, making an expensive generator unnecessary.
