De Manfrotto 420NSB kan zowel als normaal lampstatief en als hengelstatief worden gebruikt. Dit statief heeft een maximale hoogte van 4m. Desondanks heeft dit statief een compact, handzaam formaat en is ook het gewicht van slechts 2,7Kg nog te overzien. Dit alles maakt dat dit statief ook op locatie goed te gebruiken is. Optioneel is het statief ook van wieltjes (casters) te voorzien.

In de boomstand bevindt zich aan de achterzijde een bevestigingsmogelijkheid voor een zandzak, dit ter vergroting van de functionaliteit & stabiliteit.
